I owe $495 and let my driver Dan Robertson know I wouldn't be available today due to car issues, and to his response was a *** and threw out some criticism, which was not appropriate. I will no longer speak or do business with him again. I would like to be able to pay my remaining balance, but I will not go through.

I returned a 1/4 driver to the company for repair or replacement. The tool was well over 30 years old, and I provided no proof of purchase.
To my delight, MAC Tools has sent me a new replacement at no charge. Just incredible! My deepest thanks for this kind of service.

Tools sent in for warranty
Sent in 15/16 -1/2 drive impact swivel socket and a broken punch to be covered under warranty over a month ago and haven't heard a word!

I broke an impact socket without an impactthey want you to pay to send defective socket before the send a replacement.I offered to send picturesbut thats not good enough.So much for a warrantywhy pay so much for disposable tools when Harbor Freight is local & stands behind their warranty.Its makes sense that Orlando,Fl doesnt have a Mac truck it would be frustrating to drive around in crazy traffic and have to deal with pissed of customers & warranty issues all day long.

I got a headache just by listening to a machine a MAC truck its hard to find to get my tools replaced and Im not going to pay to send them tools to get replaced hopefully I see a tool truck and get them replaced. I sure wont buy any products anymore.

Super reinforced rubberized hi-vis hybrid work light is My favorite. Nice and bright and indestructible, easy to hold and use with the base, lasts forever. Without the magnetic cable and charger base it's useless..

Need warranty my 1/2 gun
Send my 1/2 inch impact for warranty with this Mac truck guy name Michael. Wait for 1 month and didnt fix the issue.
I also bought a $100 hammer to show my appreciation and still screw me up. I tried to phone and text him and he wont answer anymore. Mac tool suck dont buy.
Buy Snap On instead. Customer service is amazing.

So I work at a shop that had a truck coming weekly then they stop coming now we are on 2 years without a truck and theres 6 tech with a lot of Mac tools and we cant get them to come to the shop at all I was told to send in my broken tools. So after emailing back and forth I was told I need to pay to send them in and we feel that we paid for the warranty when we bought the tools we should not be paying it again I bought a locking flex head 1/2 ratchet about 3 weeks before we didnt have a truck come and it broke well I already paid almost 400 for it and it would cost 35 to send just that one tool so with everything I need fix it would cost 400 dollars to send it also theres a few other guys that have the same issue so I would stay away from Mac dont buy anything from them they have the worse customer service I emailed them and didnt get a response back for a few months. Iv bought from them for 10 years I worked at a few shops and always had a Mac truck come to all of them.

Have not seen a tool truck in years, have some broken tools that need replacing I dont even know if mac tools are still in buisenes.
what else is there to say. There is nothing else to say, I am in the same building for 32 years no trucks have been by my location in the past 5-6 years

About as reliable as the B.S. warranty don't buy

I was hurt at work have been off for doctor and waiting on workmans comp to come threw while I'm off one of your sales guy Mason Olson in jackson Tennessee area came and got my tool box with my laptop tools and a personal protection weapon hand gun was taken my box was at work and locked up I've been off for health problems my stuff was basically stolen
Preferred solution: My stuff back a apology and time to heal get back to work
